Privacy notice

Information submitted through the systems audit is used to review, scope and respond to the requested business technology services. Typical information includes company name, contact information, current tools, business requirements, requested services, hardware needs, budget and timeline.

Storage

Production submissions are stored in the site's Cloudflare D1 database and are available through the private administrative console. The site may also use local browser storage to preserve an unfinished intake draft on the visitor's own device.

Third parties

Outbound product links may take a visitor to manufacturers, retailers or Amazon. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies. This site does not collect Amazon account credentials or place orders on a visitor's behalf.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Business records should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the project, legal obligations and normal business recordkeeping.
